Since joining Cadence Insurance, Bryant has played a key role in helping insureds navigate the complex risks of cybersecurity and cyber liability, ensuring clients have access to the most advanced, effective solutions.
Lastly, we celebrate Sheila Lavender, Chief Customer Officer of New Braunfels Utilities (NBU), a provider of water, wastewater, and electricity services to the city of New Braunfels, Texas. Lavender is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience, specializing in delivering strong results by fostering customer-centric company cultures through a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction across diverse industries. She has deep experience in regulated businesses within utilities, telecommunications, banking, and insurance, with regional and national responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions.
