SaaS product veteran to lead platform strategy, scale innovation, and deliver seamless experiences across the PCRS ecosystem for the F&I industry

David Cartagena joins the team as PCMI's new Chief Product Officer.
In his role, David will oversee the strategy and execution of PCMI's product organization, leading roadmap development, scaling delivery processes, and strengthening collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, and client success teams. He will guide the next stage of the company's product growth, with a focus on platform extensibility, automation, and intuitive user experiences.
David has more than 20 years of experience building products and teams across the insurance technology core system space. He most recently led the ClarionDoor business unit, part of Zywave, including product strategy and held senior leadership roles at The Travelers Insurance, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and Insurity. His expertise in platform design, go-to-market strategy, and operational scale will help PCMI deliver even more value to its customers.
