Panther Workforce Solutions and OpenWorX to Operate as Distinct Divisions Under New Leadership
BOSTON, May 11, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Panther Global Holdings today announced the formation of Panther HCM (Human Capital Management), a newly established operating division that will unify and elevate its workforce solutions and HR technology capabilities.
As part of this strategic alignment, Panther Workforce Solutions and OpenWorX will operate as separate, dedicated divisions under Panther HCM, enabling greater focus, scalability, and innovation across both service and technology offerings.
Panther Global Holdings has appointed Charlotte Bonilla, currently President of Panther Workforce Solutions, to lead Panther HCM. In this role, Bonilla will oversee both divisions, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and continued integration of workforce solutions with advanced technology.
