WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J., Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Founded in 1965 by Jim Casey and Bob Gilfillan, Minalex has grown from a small operation in New Brunswick, New Jersey, into an industry leader serving aerospace, healthcare, electric vehicles (EVs), solar power, the military, and other industries.

Following Jim Gilfillan's retirement in 1986, Jim's sons, Michael, and Chris, formally joined the business in the 1980s and 1990s, bringing fresh energy and ensuring that Minalex would remain a family enterprise.
