A U.S. House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on the Environment hearing amplifies the Coalition for Chemical Innovations' (CCI) position that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is stifling commercialization of new, innovative chemicals.
WASHINGTON, Jan. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In a U.S. House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on the Environment hearing held January 22, 2025, titled "" lawmakers sought evidence of current Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) implementation success and failure, and expert recommendations on improvements needed.
