Single-Family Build-to-Rent Community Features 157 Three-Bedroom Townhomes
WOODRUFF, S.C., March 10, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- , a fully integrated real estate operating company responsible for the ownership and management of more than $6 billion of multifamily assets in the U.S., today announced it has acquired Hart Townes, a single-family build-to-rent community in Spartanburg County.
Hart Townes, which features 157 three-bedroom townhomes, represents the newest rental property in the area, with first move-ins underway. Construction began in 2025 and is scheduled to complete later this year. Hart Townes marks CAPREIT's second single-family build-to-rent community, joining Baldwin Chase in nearby Mauldin, S.C., .

Homes feature attached garages, 2.5 bedrooms and range from 1,570 to 1,693 square feet. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool and cabana, while the community also offers recycling service, trash retrieval and onsite property management and maintenance.
