First event for Appreciate Your Service in Tampa raises funds to provide a vehicle to a Navy Veteran.

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Appreciate Your Service (AYS), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans, successfully hosted its first annual "Cars & Cocktails" fundraising event on September 5th. The evening brought together community leaders, car enthusiasts, and supporters to raise funds for the organization's mission of providing veterans with the resources they need to transition to civilian life.

The event, held at Avila Country Club, featured an impressive display of luxury and classic vehicles from prestigious sponsors. Attendees enjoyed live music from Bryan Edwards and Tina Pepin. The highlight of the evening was a special address by the guest of honor, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, who spoke about the importance of honoring and assisting those who have served.

Thanks to the overwhelming support and generosity of sponsors and guests, the event was a resounding success, raising significant funds for AYS. As a direct result of the funds raised, the organization made its first-ever vehicle donation to Navy Veteran Tim Hudson. The emotional presentation of the vehicle underscored the tangible impact of the organization's work.
